About Children of the Nations

Children of the Nations is 501 (c) (3) who has a grand vision of "raising children who transform nations". With this vision in mind, Children of the Nations provides holistic care for orphans and destitute children in Uganda, Malawi, Sierra Leone, Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Children of the Nations, runs two major programs - Residential Care and Village Partnership. Residential Care This full time residential care for orphaned children - meaning they are housed, educated, fed and cared for by full time care givers - informally known as "aunties" and "uncles". Village Partnership This program provides services for destitute children who have parents or guardians but who come from extreme poverty. Within VPP, these services may include feeding, medicinal care, education, clothing, soap etc etc. Both of these programs seek to provide for the social, mental, physical and spiritual needs of a child. Children of the Nations, always seeks to empower the local community and facilitate transformation from within.
